A public seminar organised by the Cities2030 Vicenza Food Lab to discuss about urban food, the role of cities and sustainability.
Vicenza has invited other Italian cities – Trento, Bergamo, Livorno and Matera – and the other Italian Cities2030 labs – Venezia and Pollica – to share their experiences and practices, but also difficulties and needs, as well as to discuss and confront about the possible solutions.
The debate was really interesting and useful, and it has provided insight for the local Food Policy as well as for the continuous collaboration with the local stakeholders
