EPC is an Italian SME established in 2006, who cooperate and support Public Administrators and Local Authorities mainly in the fields of Territorial Development, Land and Environmental Management, European Cooperation and Project Management. EPC activities include strategic requirements analysis for public authorities and territorial development, support for project design and actions planning, internal communication and coordination among partners, project management aspects for complex and multi-partners initiatives, stakeholders involvement and participatory processes, costs accounting and project reporting, external communication and dissemination. It has direct experience in the organization of stakeholders consultations, addressed to both policy makers, business/economic operators and to private citizens, and in coordinating participatory processes. It has direct contacts with a significant number of Public and private entities, mainly in Veneto Region area. Thanks to a wide network of professionals, EPC expertise covers a wide range of fields, including agriculture and food production, but also landscape management, environment, sustainable energy, local development Over the last decade EPC has operated successfully not only as a service provider, but also as a Partner in international projects. The specific competencies, experience and also the network of contacts at both local and international level, contributed to EPC’s competences for managing structurally complex and interdisciplinary projects. Since 2011 EPC provides also Eurosinergie©, a service specifically dedicated to public authorities acting at local level for the seizing of new territorial growth opportunities through both, the direct participation to EU, State and Regional funds and the development of local programmes in line with EU 2020. EPC is certified and operates accordingly to the quality level of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
