The present document aims to provide a detailed overview of the activities undertaken within the context of D3.4, which are directly connected with the first release of the web Observatory platform. The document describes the taxonomic approach underpinning the structure of the Observatory and lays out a stepwise roadmap for its fine-tuning and future feature implementations.
