Earth and human agriculture can feed all the people but the search for new inventions which would improve human lives does not stop. Such search we do in fruit production. As a small enterprise founded in 2007. we cover a wide range of work:
• consulting in fruit growing technologies (primary apple, pear, and sweet cherry) and fruit processing technologies (primary cold-pressed natural juices)
• fruit growing, both conventional (IPM) and organic, apples, pears, and sweet cherries with an accent on bio program and possibilities of shortening food chains
• research, development, and introduction of fresh fruit growing technologies in a particular ecosystem • work on improvement of supply chains and recycling of biowaste from food processing (fruit juice processing), converting to bio compost and returning it to bio fruit production
• development of an efficient nutrition system for the City based on connecting consumers, strategic partners, civil society participants (existing and start-up companies), innovators, and leading universities
• involvement in a special food production program for kids via a school scheme
• actively participating in creating the business environment within engagement in the Croatian fruit growing Association and publishing news via specialized web portals
