Ci.r.c.e.: Cilento Resilient Conscious Empowerment – On the 8th of December, the Paideia Campus Living Lab welcomed a precious moment of conviviality to share stories of agricultural regeneration and innovation starting from the voices of the local female protagonists of the Mediterranean Community.

With us during the snack moment in mid-afternoon, there were the Cilento’s protagonists who took part in the EWA- 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 program – a six-month project funded by EIT Food and supported by the Future Food Institute to empower, train, and connect female-led businesses and entrepreneurship in the agri-food system: Sarah Khoudja, Linda Montagna, Irene Cavalleri and Elisa Altomonte, the national winner.

We started with sharing their stories, but thanks to the daily collaboration with the Municipality of Pollica, the Castello Principi Capano also gathered the voices of the local community to create the first space for sharing and confrontation to design together LOCAL ACTIONS.

What can you bring to the community?

What do you need to achieve your dream?

What are your hopes for the future?

These questions kicked off C.i.r.c.e, exemplifying some of the crucial aspects that the Paideia Campus in Pollica, which is proudly part of the Cities 2030 family, is touching to enhance the Lands of the Mediterranean Diet and create the pathway towards inclusive, regenerative agri-food systems.
